DUAL LAYER TECHNOLOGY
The rigid outer shell creates a barrier in the toe box area to lessen damage from frequent bending. The underside is layered with gel to cushion the foot with every step.
Directions

Insert the right (R) and left (L) side guards into each shoe. Place at the front near the toe box, ensuring each guard is sitting flush against the shoe's upper. If the shoe feels tight, remove the insole for a more comfortable fit. Customize the guard's fit by trimming along the lines printed on the underside of the guard.
