What are your shipping rates?

  • FREE shipping on orders over $55 (pre-tax)
  • $14 flat rate for orders $54.99 or less

Where do you ship?

  • We currently ship to all Canadian provinces
  • We do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut

Do you offer international shipping?

  • We do not ship outside Canada and the United States

How long does order processing take?

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be longer during promotions

How long does shipping take?

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method
  • Transit time begins once your order is picked up by the carrier

How do I track my order?

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships
  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update

Which carrier do you use?

  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground

Returns FAQ

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, returns are simple.

Where do I return my item?

  • Online orders (mandb.ca): Must go through our return process
  • In-store or third-party purchases: Must be returned to the original retailer

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mandb.ca

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will provide a replacement, refund, or solution

Am I eligible for a return? (Online Order)

Items must be:

  • New, unused, and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How are refunds issued? (Online Order)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Who pays for return shipping? (Online Order)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We only cover return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect
  • Use a trackable and insured method (we are not responsible for lost returns)

How do I start a return? (Online Order)

  1. Email info@mandb.ca for return authorization
  2. Securely package your item
  3. Ship to:

Do you offer exchanges?

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • To get a different item:
